Loved the location and facilities... Liked: Location, beds, available parking, clean Disliked: No refrigerator or microwave in room, no breakfast
Superb
The front desk service left... Liked: Good location. Close to the fisherman wharf and a terminal of the cable car. The parking was included at no extra charge. The facilities are a bit dated and nothing special. Disliked: The front desk service left a lot to be desired. After checking out, I asked whether I could keep my car in the parking lot for one additional hour while I ate at a nearby restaurant. I even offered to pay for the extra time, but the staff member refused and showed no flexibility. While the hotel may have its rules, the lack of customer-oriented service was disappointing. This was the worst part of an otherwise decent stay.
Exceptional
San Fran is certainly different Liked: Did the job Disliked: One staff member was a bit rude - female with the Tatts - but other staff were great
